At Urban Walk Pakistan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion essentials aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the item within 7 days of receipt.

  Quality Check Verification

  Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Urban Walk tags attached in their original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Once approved, securely pack the items and ship them back to our warehouse using a traceable courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 3-5 business days.
